Investors' Rights
The law prescribes rights for investors so that they are treated with fairness, not fall prey to fraudulence schemes, and not exploited by any parties. The purpose of the law is to minimize losses, contain illicit or unethical practices of business activities. The law also grants rights to investors in the entities with public offerings, as money owners, to take part in determining directions and significant operations of the activities.
