Bangkok, 11 January 2024 – Mrs. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), revealed that during the SEC Board Meeting No. 1/2567 convened today, the SEC Board passed a resolution to appoint three persons to the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The newly appointed governors are:  

(1) Mr. Komkrit Kietduriyakul

(2) Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira

(3) Mr. Rawin Boonyanusasna

The new governors will commence a three-year term on 5 February 2024. Concurrently, three existing governors to depart upon completion of their term are: (1) Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, (2) Dr. Kulpatra Siradom, and (3) Dr. Anuchit Anuchitanukul.
