SEC executive appointment

Bangkok, 2 February 2024 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has appointed Police Lieutenant Colonel Sutthisak Jitpimonmas as Assistant Secretary-General – Enforcement 2, in charge of the Enforcement Department 2 and the Litigation Department. His appointment has become effective as from 1 February 2024.  

Pol. Lt. Col. Sutthisak Jitpimonmas holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Royal Police Cadet Academy, an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Kasetsart University. Prior to joining the SEC, he served as a special case expert and acting Director of the Bureau of Legal Affairs, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), the Ministry of Justice. With over a decade of experience in special case investigation, he also served as Director of the Bureau of Tax Crime, DSI.
