SEC to present Open Space themed exhibition at SET in the City 2015

Thursday 12 November 2015 | No. 125 / 2015

Bangkok, November 12, 2015 ? The SEC will continue its drive to promote financial literacy and investor education via the SEC Open Space multimedia exhibition at the SET in the City 2015.

?This year we have decided to run the SEC Open Space theme to inspire investors and the general public to rethink their future, financial and otherwise, and hopefully to be able to crystalize their life goals as a starting point for mapping out a personal financial plan before taking the next steps toward informed and educated investment decisions,? said SEC Secretary-General Rapee Sucharitakul.

The SEC Open Space exhibition will provide convenient access to fundamental information and tools for financial planning via traditional and digital media suitable for different target groups. This includes a rerun of The Money, a reality TV show on financial planning competition, online financial planning tips and tools at www.moneywellplan.com, the Start-to-Invest free mobile app, and one-on-one Suitability Test, which would help the visitors assess their risk tolerance before choosing financial products accordingly.

Visitors are also welcome to participate in the SEC quiz games on the capital market and investment products to win exclusive SEC corporate prizes.

The SET in the City 2015 will take place during November 19-22 at Royal Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon.
