Bangkok, 3 January 2020 – The SEC has appointed Ms. Saovanee Suwannarong as Assistant Secretary-General – Stakeholders Relations Division, in charge of the Capital Market Education and Provincial Network Department, the Environmental Social and Governance Department, and the Corporate Communication and Investor Service Department, effective since 1 January 2020.
In
addition, there will be three director-level switches, namely:
1. Mrs.
Sureerut Suradecha, from Director of the Sales Conduct Supervision Department
to Director of the Investment Management Policy Department, to be effective
from 16 January 2020;
2. Mr.
Pariya Techamuanvivit, from Director of the Corporate Communication and Investor
Service Department to Director of the Sales Conduct Supervision Department, to
be effective from 16 January 2020;
3. Mrs.
Pattanaporn Tripipat, from Director of the Intermediaries Supervision Department
to Director of the Enforcement Department 1, to be effective from 1 February
2020.
Having joined the SEC since 1994, Assistant
Secretary-General Saovanee Suwannarong holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in
business administration, Assumption University, Thailand. Prior to the recent appointment,
she was Director of the Financial Education Department, the Sales Conduct
Supervision Department and the Investment Management Policy Department,
respectively.
