The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Thailand and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), co-organized a workshop on “Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) in Business Operations and Promoting Ethical Recruitment Practices." The workshop aimed to enhance the capacity of businesses to operate with respect for human rights in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and integrate HRDD throughout the value chain. This also emphasized ethical recruitment practices to manage risks and create business opportunities, which could be integrated into the 56-1 One Report.
