Ms. Jomkwan Kongsakul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), was invited as a panelist for the discussion on "Digital Asset Regulations and Trends Affecting Businesses" under the Digital Asset Executive Leadership Program (DiGi-X), Class 1 at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC), together with Dr. Kulaya Tantitemit, Director General of the Revenue Department. Ms. Jomkwan provided insights and discussed the rules and guidelines for developing and supervising the digital asset market in Thailand, as well as the promotion of fundraising through investment tokens. The event took place on 31 July 2024 at the UTCC.
