Pursuant to the Notification of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society regarding Notice Procedures, Discontinuation of Computer Data Proliferation and Data Removal from Computer System B.E. 2560 (2017), a person may request the SEC Office, as a service provider, to discontinue proliferation and remove data from the SEC Office's computer system in the case where such proliferation may constitute a computer offence under Section 14 of the Computer-related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), as amended.
