Bangkok, 8 December 2023 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the appointment of the Deputy Secretary-General in charge of Corporate Communication Division to serve as the SEC Spokesperson in accordance with the new organizational structure.* Currently, Mr. Anek Yooyuen holds the position of Deputy Secretary-General overseeing the Strategy and Planning Division, the Organizational Administration Division, and the Corporate Communication Division. Therefore, he has become an ex-officio spokesperson for the SEC, effective from 8 December 2023 onwards.
