Saturday 29 March 2025 | No. 72 / 2025

Bangkok, 29 March 2025 – Due to the earthquake in Bangkok on 28 March 2025, many listed companies and securities issuing companies have been affected, potentially disrupting their process of reporting the annual registration statement for the year 2024 or 56-1 One Report, which is due for submission on 31 March 2025.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) acknowledges and understands the impact of this incident. Therefore, listed companies and securities issuing companies affected and unable to submit their reports on time may submit a request for a deadline extension by 31 March 2025, together with supporting reasons and an estimated timeframe for 56-1 One Report submission for the SEC’s consideration on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, listed companies are required to publicly disclose this information through the Electronic Listed Company Information Submission System of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SETLink) to keep investors updated.

Listed companies can submit a request for a deadline extension via email: corporat@sec.or.th or fundraisingpolicy@sec.or.th. For inquiries, please call Tel: 0-2033-9608, 0-2033-9620, 0-2033-4696 or 0-2263-6098.
