Following the tips from various sources to SEC, it has been found that there
are several solicitations via social media platforms such as Facebook and
YouTube for investment in seven products that may be liable to be digital
assets (called by many names such as coin, token or digital coin), as follows:
(1) REALASSET (RACOIN)
(2) CTE Token by CT Online Services
(Thailand) Co., Ltd.
(3) CXA by Cryptovation Co., Ltd.
(4) EXW by EXW GLOBAL
AG or VIVAEXCHANGE OÜ
(5) AEC point, AECrichs, AEC saving, Bit
Wazario (BWO) and Bit Wazario Cash (BWC)
By Wasario AEC Asset Co., Ltd.
(6) Free Promotional Token (FPT) and Orientum Plus (ORTP) by
Cloud Horizon Limited
(7) Xenium (XENM) by Veritas Mining Company
SEC hereby notifies that the seven products
above are not on the list of SEC-approved digital assets or under SEC’s
supervision. SEC therefore advises investors to be careful if solicited to
invest in such products.
Investors
must be seriously aware of the risks involved and, if interested to make an
investment, contact only legally approved digital asset business operators. For
